Our Return Policy

We will accept returns for any products based on the following conditions. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please contact us at (!store_CustomerServiceEmail!) or call us at (!store_CustomerServicePhone!) to obtain an RA number.
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products can be returned within 30 days of shipment for exchange or full refund. Replacement for defective product will be shipped at our expense. In the case of refunds, if the entire order is refunded, shipping charges will also be refunded, provided the defective product is returned to us.
Returns for Other Reasons
Unopened products in salable condition can be returned within 30 days of shipment for any reason subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges for these products will not be refunded.
