Model was stitched on 18ct white aida cloth. Scrapbooking paper was used to embellish the photo. A coupon is printed at the bottom of the back page if stitcher desires to order a free customization of the chart for their baby's name and vital statistics. Revised 10/28/2018 to include option to replace footprints with handprints.
